The “Couldn’t have done it without you!” poster is a World War 2 poster from the U.S.A. It was used to build morale amongst those at home. It tells those the ordinary people that “We’ve still got a job to do!”. The American government was trying hard to keep moral high and to stop an premature celebrations.
The image is of a smiling soldier with his colleague posting Japanese kills to a prominent section on the battle ship. The smiling soldier plays on the U.S.A’s general dislike for Japan at the time, which was post Pearl Harbour.
