The “Produce more Milk for Him” poster was used during World War 2 to encourage those at home to produce more milk for those on the frontline. It was a poster that was produced and published in the U.S.A.
The poster was designed to encourage farmers to work harder and produce more milk. Similar posters include home front posters which were used to encourage those in factories to work harder to produce more weapons for the frontline, example of these type of posters include the “Battle Stations! Keep em fighting!” poster and the “Get hot! Keep em moving” poster.
The artist of the poster is unknown, but it was produced and circulated by the Food for Freedom program during World War 2. It was circulated by the United States department of Agriculture.
